Shipping Info

All orders will be shipped with Local Regional Carriers throughout the country. 

We are aware some regional carriers in the Midwest and Eastern half of the U.S. are facing issues related to order status updates and shipping delays. Time in transit may be delayed as shipping has necessarily become slower and more complex due to vapor shipping regulation in the U.S.

WARRANTY INSTRUCTIONS

• Please review the full Humo Hendrix warranty policy below.
• Warranty inspection and service is arranged through and approved solely by Humo Hendrix. 
• If you think you may require warranty service, please contact HUMO HENDRIX by submitting a support request to info@humohendrix.com
• Please be prepared to provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt) and a picture or video demonstrating the warranty defect.
• If required to return device, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.
• Warranty services are given priority and will be processed within 4 business days upon receipt of device by Humo Hendrix.
• Humo Hendrix is not responsible for lost packages if your package is not scanned by USPS with the label we provide.

HUMO HENDRIX WARRANTY DETAILS

Six (6) Month Limited Warranty Information

Humo Hendrix warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of six (6) months from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser. If a physical defect arises and a claim is received within the Warranty Period, to the extent permitted by law, Humo Hendrix will either 1) replace the product with a new unit of the same model, or 2) if the specific model under warranty is no longer held in stock, replace the product with a functionally similar product of equal value. Please see our return policy below for refunds.

The Limited Warranty does not apply to normal performance degradation of batteries or neglecting to adhere to cleaning instructions. 

Humo Hendrix Six (6) Month Limited Warranty may be limited in specific countries, please inquire for more information. Humo Hendrix is available in select locations. 

Exclusions and Limitations 

The Limited Warranty applies only to products manufactured by Humo Hendrix, that can be identified by the “HUMO HENDRIX trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to them and purchased at an authorized retailer, serviced by an authorized HUMO HENDRIX distributor.

The Limited Warranty does not apply to any non-HUMO HENDRIX products.

This warranty does not apply to (a) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, acts of piracy, or other external causes; (b) damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended use as described by HUMO HENDRIX; (c) a product or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability; (d) cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic.

Important: Warranty applies to original end-user purchaser only and is non-transferable. Warranty does not apply should you purchase through a 3rd party reseller such as eBay and Craigslist. HUMO HENDRIX warranties only apply to devices purchased at any authorized retailer serviced by an authorized HUMO HENDRIX distributor. Intentionally opening up or disassembling your device in any way automatically voids the Warranty.
